Miu Miu opens its third store in Dubai, expanding its presence in the city with the new boutique in the prestigious Mall of the Emirates. Designed by architect, Roberto Baciocchi, the store spans a single 230 square metre level and offers ready-to-wear, leather goods and footwear. An imposing all-glass façade is backed by Miu Miu’s signature perforated metal curtain that invites visitors into the elegant interior. Inside, the store is divided into two distinct spaces.
Located on the first floor of the Mall of the Emirates, the new boutique features walls draped with iconic damask which also covers floor-to-ceiling panels used to differentiate between product areas. Moreover the elegant, mirrored polished steel and honeycomb Plexiglass ceiling radiates light, ensuring that the collections are displayed at their best on fine metal counters. The opulence continues with the store’s precious black marble flooring that evokes grandeur while velvet booths complete the intimate atmosphere.
This latest Miu Miu boutique joins an impressive repertoire of luxury brands at the Mall of the Emirates. Home to the famous Ski Dubai, the mall is located at the heart of one of the fastest growing communities in Dubai. In 2010, The Fashion Dome, a spectacular new luxury extension was built introducing over 40 luxury brands to an already notable selection.
