‘Must have’ location for retailers
Over the past two months, Forum Lviv has seen high levels of interest from retailers. Thanks to this interest, Multi has been regularly announcing of new deals with a wide range of fashion brands. Forum Lviv clearly has become the ‘must have’ location for retailers looking to expand into Western Ukraine. Most recently, Multi added Turkish retailer LC Waikiki to Forum Lviv’s tenants, completing the shopping centre’s brand portfolio with a store that will take up more than 1,100 m2 on the ground and first floors. Other recent additions include leading fashion brands such as A.Tan, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, Goover, Women’secret, Springfield, Marafon, Oodji, Idexe, Arber, Colin’s and more. Forum Lviv now has only a handful of stores left unsigned, but Multi Ukraine is currently in negotiations for these stores, too.
“We stress in all our communications that our goal is to provide Lviv shoppers with a new and unique shopping experience. And we have secured just that with our selection of brands. Our decision to shift the opening to five weeks later gives the retailers who have recently joined the project, including the long-awaited first LC Waikiki store in Lviv, to complete the fit-out of their stores in time for the Grand Opening of Forum Lviv. We rely on our expertise and together with our retailers agreed that a September opening would be a wise move for all concerned,” said Gawein Minks, Director Multi Ukraine
