The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) – the world’s leading organization coordinating standards and the development of the world’s commercial real estate market has appointed Maksym Gavryushyn, commercial director at Budhouse Group as the new Chair of ICSC Ukraine National Committee.
Maksym Gavryushyn has also joined ICSC European Advisory Board chaired by Alexander Otto, CEO at ECE.
– I would like express my gratitude to the Council, all our foreign colleagues for the opportunity to be useful for the development of Ukrainian market of shopping centers and its integration into the global system of standards, statistics and cooperation, – said Maksym Gavryushyn, chairman of the ICSC Ukraine National Committee. – The domestic real estate market for 20 years of its existence, passed the great and unique way from its origins and primitive forms to projects of international scale and attraction of major multinational players interested in working in Ukraine. We still have a lot of work on its standardization, integration of key indicators and organizing cooperation of Ukrainian specialists with international professionals. This is the main task of ICSC in Ukraine, and I invite all market participants to collaborate.
As Chair of ICSC Ukraine National Committee Maksym Gavryushyn succeeded to Mr Philippe Beurtheret, Director at Immochan Ukraine.
Philippe’s words: “I’ve known Maxim for many years as a professional in retail and real estate industry. I am sure that he will represent adequately the interests of the ICSC in Ukraine, as well as increase the attractiveness of the Ukrainian real estate market for the European partners, by applying his wide experience».
